The conference will be free of charge. Deadline for registration is June 30th 2024.

Since the amount of sponsoring is so far unclear, it is possible that a reasonable fee may be charged for attending the conference dinner. If you have special dietary needs and/or preferences, please let us know via E-Mail.

In case of applications for attending the Conference
Personal data contained in the application documents are given to the conference organizers. The data willl be used for the name tag and for communication purposes.

Storage period
Your personal data/application documents will be destroyed at the end of 2024. The data from participants of the Terrae Rarae Conference will be published in a conference transcript and therefore published to the other participants. 

Rights of the data subject
You have the right of access (article 15 GDPR), the right to rectification (article 16 GDPR), to erasure (article 17 GDPR), to restriction of processing (article 18 GDPR), to object (article 21 GDPR) as well as the right to data portability (article 20 GDPR).
